Feeding a baby seems to be a challenge for me. You'd think it should be one of the easier things - feed when the baby is hungry. I have a couple of questions.

I've started her on solids, but she has been slow to take it. She started off eating the fruits and veggies I gave her 2x/day, but now she doesn't want to eat solids at all. Should I be worried, or do some babies just not like solids until they are much older? Any advice on what I should do? I tend to get anxious when the feedings don't go smoothly.

I've been feeding her every 3 hours since she was born, That's 5 bottles/day, and now offering solids 2-3x/day. I feel like I'm feeding her every 1-1.5 hours. Is that how it is, or should I be doing something different? I feel like all I do when I am home with her is try to feed her whenever she is awake.

Are there any foods I need to avoid other than honey, nuts? I'm trying to introduce a variety to her (even though she isn't eating it).

We are doing purees, but I try to leave chunks of food on her tray to see if she will put it in her mouth. She puts everything else in her mouth except food! Again, do I just keep trying, and wait for her to eventually get it?

My ped said she should be eating 3 meals (solids), but right now, she hasn't wanted anything since Friday.

Sorry for the long post. I just want her to be healthy, and make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing.
