Ugh my MIL just wrote asking to spend a week with us, next week.. Aka my fertile week.. Oh and our house is a mess and she wants to bring her new boyfriend.

@MrsMcD: That would probably work, I'd never had cake vodka before though, so not 100% sure. You know there is only one way to find out...maybe use pineapple core as a garnish
@ShayNanigans: Enjoy!

@littlek: nooooooooo, or is that not an option for a whole week?? I couldn't take any house guest that long

@littlek: Lameness! Maybe she can babysit while you and DH have a date night with some good old fashioned car nooky?
GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
@littlek: Ugh to all of that. Is your house big enough to accomodate two more people for a week? Hopefully she respects your privacy!
@Sprite: Car nooky!! Yes! Oh the good ol' days of being young and accepting of any and every place for nooky. Bahahahahaha.

@littlek: Nooooo! Our first month on clomid, I was in Disney World with my inlaws. All of them. Talk about not being able to DTD with 4 people in the adjoining room.

Hahahhaha MIL = relaxing... LOL.. We have a guest bedroom. It's just more of the short notice and we have never met her BF before. Oh and we will both be working while she's here. Not sure why she can't come thanksgiving or Christmas..

@MrsMcD: I saw that too!!! Then I saw other contradicting stuff about it, and just said forget it and got some nachos lol

You girls have been so much fun today. That's for all the laughs. I'm off soon to go visit a newborn boy in the hospital. I do love a newborn swaddled like a burrito!

I'm ok Just annoyed with the wondfos. I took another wondfo this morning & got a positive, then started spotting which turned into my period. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get a + and a period in the same day... right?!
I'm headed to the RE on Thursday to see what our new plan is. That'll also be CD3 for me, so I should start fertility meds that same day.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: What? That's crazy! Maybe it's not your period and it's just implantation bleeding? Thinking of you!!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: that seems so weird to still be getting a positive test and have it be false!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: did you take a FRER? I wouldn't trust your wondfos.

I'm officially a rollover into November - although I don't think I'll really be able to test until December
I'm pretty bummed and can't shake it for some reason.

@littlek: yup, took a FRER this afternoon. I thought I saw a line but wasn't sure. DH said he sees one but at that point, the test was sitting there for at least three hours.
Is it even possible to get a + before implantation? I don't think so.. This feels very much like my period, but it's also early which is unusual for me.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: no, you can't get positive before implantation.

Question for those who chart - I'm still up in the middle of the night to BF my son and I'm having trouble figuring out when to temp.
His schedule in the middle of the night is never regular. Sometimes I'm up at 1am and then at 5am, other times I'm up at 12am, 2am, 4am (etc...etc..)
I read that it's most important to temp after you've had at least 3 hours of sleep and in the AM - not the middle of the night. So, if I'm going to temp after I get some stretch of sleep - what would be considered AM vs middle of the night?? Is 3am ok? Is 4am better?
Just looking for input for a tired momma

@littlek: Okay this might be a silly question. What does FRER stand for?
kiwi / 536 posts
@Raindrop: it's First Response Early Result -- generally known to be the most sensitive home pregnancy test!

@Keppa: oh man, that's rough. I think if you choose a time you just need to be consistent.

Excited to officially join next month!! We are officially TTC, and as my DH would say "pulled the goalie" ( can you tell we are a hockey family! )
To late this month for anything to happen, but after my DH got his promotion he came home and declared we were done talking and dreaming and just doing it! ( literally....!!???)
Excited and anxious!!

@Keppa: Sorry you are having a hard time! Agreeing with LittleK, just go for the most consistent wake up time, even if that's 4 AM and you go back to sleep for an hour or so.
@MrsScottish: Congrats! It's so exciting!!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: when I got susrpise pregnant with my son I had some implantation bleeding about 6 or 7 days before my normal period that I thought was an early period. FX for you that the same is happening

Alright, let the two week wait begin! We can't BD today, day after ovulation so hopefully that does to hurt us! We ended up BDing O-4, O-1, and O. Gah!

@bluestriped bee: good luck today!
I didn't have chance to get on computer last night. I can update tonight after training.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: I'm so sorry about the wondfos. I've seriously heard of so many bad batches lately (myself included) that I'll never use them again.
