Both of us are fairly late to the world of traveling, coming from families that had various commitments tying them close to home. Within the next year we want to knock off at least one more Pacific Island destination (Fiji, Rarotonga, Vanuatu) and Europe and the US within the next five-ten years.

Next on my personal travel wish list: Spain (we have a trip to Italy in 2015 which I will find a way to get to Spain on), Ireland/Scotland (I think I can con DH into going here in 2014 - maybe with LO) and maybe New Zealand or Australia in 2016.

Work will likely put me in India again and somewhere in Europe in 2014 - which is how I am hoping to get to Ireland/Scotland for the cost of only one plane ticket!

I need to travel more, but I HATE flying And technically I've been to Honduras, Guatemala, and Trinidad, but I only sat in a plane or was in the airport, haha.

@mrsjazz: Definitely not for vacation! I've been there three times to a village called Aishalton. My church pastor is Guyanese and we have close ties to the community there. We've gone for church missions. Beautiful experience!
