@mrs.panda: I do prefer the atmosphere on nights too. It feels so much more 'we're all in this together'! Since I'm doing my masters though I am mostly on days, easier to get boxes ticked. I am just going to try and avoid nights all together now until I am pregnant, or just do them in the tww. It just isn't worth Oing late especially since I have a feeling this is going to be hard (5th month trying with very light 1 day periods)

Surprise surprise. Not as upset as last cycle. Trying to focus on the positive... Drinking at a friends housewarming/holiday party next weekend, brewery tours in MI at Christmas... Ignoring that this weekend is one year since I stopped BC, that I have two more trys (based on progrsterone refills) until I go to the doctor to see what's next, or that O will likely come over the holidays when I'm at my in-laws (lol!).

I've been really busy over the last few days at work. Congrats to those BFPs! So excited for you!!!!!
As for me, I was cramping and spotting on Thursday I was sure I was out. In someways I was relieved that AF was coming and I could just start again. However, my temp has gone up and the spotting went away. I got cross hairs this this morning so now I'm questioning if it was ovulation or possibly implantation. We didn't do a very good job of BDing this week so we will have to see. As of right now put me down for Dec 16. I'm not sure if I can hold out that long, but I'll try.
@mrswin: I know this is many many pages back. You weren't being insensitive. I did not take it that way at all. It is confusing when you look at my chart. When I got a negative on a frer I stopped worrying about my levels. If I had not gotten a negative I would have gone back to the doctor like you suggested.

@littlek: I thought Dec 5th based on when I thought I O'd. I'm not super regular, so my cycles are usually 29-34 days long, I spotted once yesterday with a lot of cramping and then nothing. I'm thinking AF is just taking her sweet time showing up.

I'm starting to wonder if maybe I missed my surge, or ovulated overnight! Today cd 15 I have creamy cm. cd 13-14 it was watery. I never get ewcm, just watery. Gah!

Which ovulation tester do you ladies recommend?? DH asked me if there was a way to tell when we should bd. I smiled and said oh yes there is!!

I'm 12 days post-o today and got a BFN. AF is not here yet but I expect she'll rear her ugly head in the next couple of days. Only our first cycle with timed BD so trying not to be discouraged that I'm out for this month. But I am, you know? I'm used to setting my mind to a goal and achieving it and this just doesn't work that way!

@sapphire: it's still early yet but totally get what you say about setting your mind to a goal. With other stuff it's like you can 'work at it' or 'try harder next time'...yep doesn't really happen like that with this! hard to accept that it is so much out of our control. Doesn't help when society has meant you spent the last 10/15 years paranoid that the minute you let your guard down you'd end up knocked up!
Anyway, let's just hope a late bfp is in store for you -

BFN here! AF showed up right on time. Ugh! I hate her!!! Called my RE and this month is going to be NO fun! Havinhga procedure next Wednesday in the office to check one of my tubes he thinks might be blocked. Catheters going through my cervix and into my fallopian tube to put a liquid through it while completely awake sounds like a party! Said no woman ever! Then I will be starting Clomid that evening and have lab work done 7 days after a positive opk. This will be a busy month! Just hope something works! Good luck to those who are still waiting to test and a big fat CONGRATS to those who have gotten BFP this month!

Best convo thus far with DH about getting pregnant. I was sitting on the couch with him looking up ovulation testers. I was reading the clear blue pamphlet/ instructions to see the differences between them. He asked " ok explain to me what these do? They tell you what." So I explained what they do, and tell us more directly when to have sex instead of just guessing or just doing it when it happens and hoping. He turns and looks at me- well that just takes the fun out of it, and turns back to watch hockey. I laughed and said " well ya but just doing it whenever, and around our crazy schedule where we are sometimes lucky to see each other at all over 3-4 days let alone have sex, this will tell us more when we need to have sex and the rest are just bonuses and fun!! ". He responded well as long as I get bonus sex!!
