Nope, no warm fire! Just a room full of squirmy children, and a pile of work to do! It is still snowing by the way!!! Last year in January the snow was past my waist.......

Does anyone here spot for more than 1-2 days before AF shows? When I was on bc I'd spot for 2 days max, and last cycle (my first off bc) I spotted for 2 days before AF moved in with a vengeance. I'm on day 3 of really light spotting this month. And it's CD36. Ready for her to rear her ugly head already!!

I usually spot for 4-5 days prior to AF. No fun!!

    Happy thanksgiving everyone!

So, I went to the doctor yesterday because I think I've got a sinus infection & I do! I got the script filled but was told to wait to see if I am actually pregnant.

I POAS this morning (2mu), I'm 9DPO, and got a major squinter.. The mister can see it, though! Were calling it a maybe baby & trying not to be excited.

    Twins?!

Happy Thanksgiving US bees! And Happy Thursday to everyone else!

I got a smiley face on my opk yesterday in the late afternoon, I am sort of guessing today will be ovulation day so I am worried about our timing. This week was so wonky that I thought we were good on every other day but it turns out we skipped two days. Today is Thursday (O day?) and we hit Sunday and Wednesday. I don't know if we will be able to squeeze it in today or not, if we do it is likely to be late tonight.

I also feel like I am going crazy because I have been feeling twinges/cramps on both sides, has anyone else had that happen around ovulation? I am kind of worried about cysts since I have had a handful in the past. Two eggs being released simultaneously delights and scares the crap out of me.

Is anyone else stuck trying to time bd around the holiday festivities? If this month doesn't work I won't be holding my breath next month since I would be ovulating on Christmas day or the day after and we will shuttling back and forth between our parents' houses that entire week.

@Cole: I get twinges/cramps surrounding O day. I consider it to have happened once the pain is gone! I am crampy about 3-4 days before O, so the cramps last awhile.

    Good luck!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: Thanks! I usually have it on one side each month, this month it is both sides though-- is it normally both sides for you?

  19. Mrs. Jump Rope

    blogger / coconut / 8306 posts

@Cole: no, it's usually one side. This month it was two, but my RE also confirmed two mature follicles (left & right). The only other time I remember it being both sides was the month I got pregnant with Chloe.. And I had a few follicles then, too!

@MrsMcD: I told my mama this morning, but we won't tell anyone else until it's confirmed. It's so early - I'm 9dpo - and I'm worried about a chemical or a loss in general. My lips are sealed for awhile.

The crappy feeling has continued today. I caved and bought a good pregnancy test last night, compared to my cheepies. I will take it this weekend. I am at work today and tomorrow doing parent conferences, so many other things to keep myself occupied with. I only ever get cramps on the first day of my period, and then they go away. I have been crampy for a week now. I tried a heating pad last night but it didnt help and I figured if I was KU it was probably not a good thing!
I still have super sonic smell, which is not normal for me at all! The never ending cramps, and sleeping for 10 hours last night! My husband came home from work and tried to wake me and couldnt!
I just texted him and said if I am not KU- then what they hell is up!

@littlek: you are awesome for hosting again!

Estimated O Date: Dec 14-16 hopefully
POAS/AF date: I'm hoping to be able to test on Christmas but probably should wait . . . put me as TBD for now
    Cycle: #3 for LO #2
Chart: nope, I may not even OPK since we're doing trigger shot

Trying new this cycle: after a CP (my third overall) after our first try for #2 we went back to the RE and are going all in this cycle (I have mild PCOS as well). currently finishing 2 weeks on strong antibiotics (while delaying cycle with BCP) for possible endometrial inflammation. then hopefully AF comes again once I stop the BCP and we do clomid, ovidrel trigger and progesterone post-O. which means no symptom spotting for me because it will all come from meds!

What do you want for the holidays besides a BFP: no matter what I will be thankful to spend Christmas with my little family

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I'll be a cheerleader this month...I just mentioned on the November board that while not impossible, we got word from our RE that it's not likely we'll be able to conceive without a little help. So we are taking this next month to do all of the testing and blood work we need to and will cross our fingers that everything will be a go for a January miracle

Good luck to all who are ttc!

I tested again this morning (10DPO) and it's positive. The line is darker than yesterday, but still light.

Should I be worried? Or is this normal for 9&10DPO?

My husband keeps asking when we can find out how any babies there are. I just want it to stick

It's CD 7, and we have got zero BD in while visiting family. Too awkward! But, if I O on cd 10 like I supposedly did last month, we should start getting to it right!?! Negative opk this morning.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: I got an early positive last month and here's how the first few progressed. There was also a positive earlier in the first day that was too light to photograph at all

    Congrats!!!
