Last night, for the first time, M. slept through the night. We're talking 8 pm to 7:30 am. With neither of us waking up, I am SO groggy this morning. What a wonderful problem to have!
Let's hope for a second and third night and so on!

Congrats!!! Does she sleep swaddled?
DH freaked out the first time LO slept through the night...he checked on her 3 times to make sure she was still breathing!

@autumnlove: We do swaddle. We are transitioning, though... so during the day she sleeps unswaddled and we just swaddle for night. I'm not going to mess with success for a little while now!

@Mrs. Sunglasses: She turns 5 months today. Yesterday she cut her first tooth and slept through the night... What a good girl!

That is so exciting! My LO just started sleeping 6 or 7 hour stretches and I forgot what it felt like to be groggy too!!! What a wonderful problem to have indeed.

woohoo for sleeping babies! E actually slept from 9:30pm to 5am last night (she's 6 weeks exactly). We were really against co-sleeping, but she loves being in bed with us when we let her and falls right to sleep...so we broke down and bought a co-sleeper, and first night with it, she slept thru the night. I hope she continues (though I highly doubt it will happen!!).

That is amazing! Must feel wonderful to be so well rested! DD did a 7 hour stretch followed by a 4 hour stretch and I didn't know what to do with myself! She'll be 3 months next week.

@Mrs. Jacks: fingers crossed for me too. But i doubt it. I want to go to bed but I know she will wake up to nurse as soon as I fall asleep. But if I don't then she will sleep for hours. Egh.
Hope all HB babies sleep through the night.

@Mrs. Jacks: I totally didn't realize M is the same age as Cobi - he turns 5 mos tomorrow!!! Sadly he doesn't sleep through the night lol, he slept 8 hours ONCE and it was heavenly. But that was a month ago and he's come nowhere near that again. Oh well. It will come eventually
