Ok FTM question, if we are registering for a&a blankets, do we need sleep sacks or just use a onesie under the blanket?

I didn't use my A+A swaddles with a sleep sack . . . I used the A+A swaddle blankets with LO wearing a dipe and a kimono shirt/onesie/sleepnplay (depending on the temperature), and when she was older and started rolling I switched to an A+A sleep sack (although we have other sleep sacks as well).

Xander is 4 months and we've never used a sleep sack with him. We just swaddle him in the A&A blankets. He's usually wearing a onesie or a sleeper underneath, depending on the temp.

In the beginning, LO wore a sleeper under an A&A swaddle, or under 2 A&A swaddle blankets. As he got stronger, I would layer a sleep sack over an A&A swaddle, and LO would be wearing a footed sleeper under it all. He was born in October though, so it got chilly pretty fast.

I used different blankets, but same concept... I used 2 blankets (not specified for swaddling, just big, thin blankets that I used to swaddle her) over a onesie/jammies.

@MrsTiz: it just all seems so expensive and I only want to register for what we need.
