This cycle has been so abnormal! Normally it's 32 days long, ovulate around day 18 and have a 4 day long period like clockwork.
It's my first month charting and the Fertility Friend app says I ovulated on cd33. My other app says O day was cd32.
Well...I just took a test completely prepared for a very obvious negative since I'm only 8 or 9 dpo. But it is 
?!?
I cried and my hands are still shaking i'm so shocked and happy. Please tell me that my eyes aren't playing tricks on me!

Oh my gosh, thank you all! I'm still in shock haha.
@delight: I was surprised that it was so dark as well. It was much darker in person. No squinting needed and my husband saw it right away as well. I hope that's a good sign.

Omg congrats! @teacherbee I could have written this. You just described my exact experience! Luck of the Irish! I ovulated super late, for the first time. All my o's were day 16-17 and this month threw me for a huge loop as it didn't happen til day 34. Today, 9 DPO I tested with the wondfo and thought I was seeing something but my first response sees it too! Look at my implantation dip! Yay! Congrats to you!!

I told my husband it was the luck of the Irish as well haha.

I got my BFP the month after a 40ish day cycle. We just DTD every other day and did not do anything else- temping or OPKs. My daughter is a year. You can get pregnant with wanky cycles.

Congrats!!! I got my positive right around when you did too! I O'd on CD 31! Now my baby is 9.5 months old!

I think my EDD is Nov. 30th based on O. If the doctor dates it based on LMP it would be Nov. 12th.

@teacherbee: congrats! Same thing happened to me this pregnancy. I had a dating scan at 8 weeks, should have been 10. They adjusted my edd.

@skipra: Congrats to you too! Where I live we are only given an ultrasound at 20 weeks. My doctor wasn't too concerned about a 2 week discrepancy but maybe when I switch to the OB in the 2nd trimester s/he will have a different opinion or change the edd?

@teacherbee: Congrats!!! If you're not sure of your dates, which is what I would say considering the discrepancy between O and LMP, they should give you a dating u/s. Otherwise most doctors won't listen to you about O and will go based off LMP, which would suck because it would mean possibly an unnecessary induction!! Are you in Canada?

@teacherbee: Personally, I would check with whatever OB you'll end up with. If they have a policy of induction at 41 weeks, you'd only be 39 weeks and baby just might not be ready. I would do it asap because dating scans are more accurate earlier in the pregnancy. Good luck and I hope you have an uneventful pregnancy!

@teacherbee: my DD was born on the day before my EDD, and my due date was calculated by my O date. Not LMO
