Based on an earlier poll, there are plenty of Pro-life folks who can answer this question...If abortion becomes illegal, which criminal penalties would you impose on the women, and doctors?

Would you impose the penalties if the woman simply made an appointment (conspiracy)? Would you impose the penalty only if the abortion was performed?

Once the woman or doctor is found guilty in a criminal court, which other parties do you think has a right to sue for damages in civil court? Woman's parents, husband etc.
