My oldest will be starting school full-time this year, which means she will be getting on the bus around 7:30am. Right now she goes to bed between 9:00-9:30 and wakes up about 12 hours later. I obviously need to change this otherwise she will be a monster in the morning. School starts after Labor Day here but I thought I would slowly start adjusting her schedule now. How would you go about doing this? I've tried earlier bedtimes but she just lays there forever or is constantly coming out of bed because she isn't tired.
