DS is 27 months old. He sleeps in his crib at home, and his pack in play on weekends at our in-laws. DS is 99% for height and weight, and he is getting a bit big for the pack in play. DS's crib changes into a toddler bed, so we are going to use that at home. My in-laws bought a twin bed for DS. DS also sleeps in a pack in play for naps at day care too. I'm going to talk to her tomorrow. The older kids nap on mats or on the couch. (It's in-home daycare.)
Our plan is to start the transition next Friday, so we can get through most of it before he goes back to daycare. DH wants to ditch the pacifier at the same time and roll it all into a "big boys sleep in big boy beds without a pacifier". We are going to stay at home next weekend instead of going to my on-laws so that he has a full week of sleeping in his toddler bed before introducing him to the twin bed at my in-laws.
Any advice? I'm pretty nervous.
