Hey guys
Would you consider the date of your d&c to technically be CD1?

I just didn't chart until bleeding had stopped and a period returned. I called that cd1.

I had a natural mc, but my dr said that the bleed from that did not count as cd1...I had to finish that bleed, wait and then get my
Period for cd1 (so about 4 weeks later). Not sure if it would be the same for a d&c.

I did count it as CD1. It took 36 days for me to get a "normal" period after that.

I counted my d&c as cycle day 1. I wanted to chart my recovery. I only bled for a few days after. And I ovulated two weeks post d&c. I waited a month to get the d&c and my body had shed or absorbed most of what was there by that time. I think my body was getting ready to move on on its own at that point.

I had a natural mc. My acupuncturist said the first day of mc bleeding was cycle day one. But because my fertility doctor wanted us to wait a cycle, I didn't really class it as day one myself, if that makes sense. Day one for me was the first day of my next period.

I am really new to this, too, but I am going to consider my first period after D & C to be CD 1.
