I hit 6 weeks pp today. I started taking mile-long walks at 2 weeks pp and so I've only been doing that for fitness so far.

But today, I *tried* going running for the first time in over a year! I decided to start with the C25K program to ease into it, it's a 30-min workout and I could only do 15 minutes! I felt like such a wimp. good grief!

Anyone else have a hard time getting back into working out after having a baby?
