I hate mayo, but I'm starting to like aioli. Do you have any good recipes for aioli?

Omg I love aioli, I had it for the first time in Germany. I just put minced garlic in mayo...that was the recipe I got while there. I'm sure you could add more to it, but that tastes just as yummy to me!

Chipotle spices to mayo- blend well and let sit- so good with crab cakes!

I love aioli! For a basic aioli, I add minced garlic and a little grey poupon to mayo. But my favorite, is jalapeño aioli (add minced jalapeño).

Oh, the tapas restaurant in town puts it over potatoes. Really simple and super delicious.
