What allergy medications can you use while nursing? Is Claritin safe?

I was just coming over to the boards to see if anyone's asked this recently. Looks like I'll be following what people say. My allergies are kicking my butt!!!!

my doc said regular Zyrtec is ok.. but NOT Zyrtec D or Claratin D

@mrsog: yes good point - the decongestant could dry up your milk!
