Anyone know if it's ok to take singulair or other allergy meds while nursing?

I would avoid... my LC told me it could affect milk supply and make your milk dry up

my LC said avoid them even though the pediatrician and the pharmacist said they were safe. I guess they are safe but not safe for your supply!

I have terrible allergies, so I take Claritin pretty regularly. It hasn't affected my supply at all.
