After the tragic strangling death of the 7 month old DH is even more adamant about not using blankets, pillows, or loveys (in our case a Build a Bear) in the crib with our 15 month old.

However, I think he's cold in his crib. We use a humidifier, an air purifier, and keep the A/C at 75 and it clicks on through out the night. This morning when I got him out of his crib his arm was cold to the touch (he was in a short sleeve sleeper). As we approach winter, I want to make sure he definitely stays warm at night. We have always just put LO to sleep in a zippered cotton sleeper and if need be covered his feet. He sleeps on his belly usually with his feet tucked under and bum in the air, but sometimes stretches completely out.

I'm racking my brain here and coming up blank. Is fleece a game changer? WWYD
