LO has always been skinny/underweight and fats are good for their brains, so for the last 2 years it was a no brainer to load her up on healthy fats- avocado, goat milk, nut butters, coconut oil, etc.

She is still slender but not underweight anymore and just turned two. The Doc gave a us the regular shpeel about switching to low fat milk and yogurt, etc.

I am planning on sticking with what has worked for us, which is full fat whatever.

Any thoughts, pro or con? I am kinda hoping someone else has already done the research for me...
