Looking for a baby gate that will work for an opening that has one straight wall and one angles. Also, it needs to be pressure mounted if possible because we are in an apartment and cannot put holes in the wood. Any tips would be great!

I have never seen something like that, but just a word of warning- we have a regular pressure mounted gate and it ripped the paint off our walls when LO shook it too hard! So even those aren't perfect. Babies are so destructive.

Can you post a picture? Maybe there's a way to wedge a piece of wood that is angled on one side and flat on the other in order to create a flat surface so you can use a pressure mounted gate? Or some modified rubber piece (like a door stop) you could drill/super glue to the edge of the gate?
I'll also warn you that a pressure mounted gate has destroyed the bannister and wood wall panelling in our historic home. I know you're not "allowed" to mount a gate, but I honestly think it'd be easier to fill and stain a few small nail holes than it will be to cover up the damage our pressure mounted gate has done. It's going to require sanding. A common solution to no-drilling if bannisters are involved is to ziptie a 2x4 to the bannister and drill into that.

@PinkElephant: @Foodnerd81: thanks for the recommendations. Maybe a wall mounted gate would be better. I'll have to look at the size of the hardware on the wall mounted.
However, it may be possible to put a piece of wood or something similar on the angled section.
