Oh my gosh so many ants in my house!! I think we need an exterminator to spray the perimeter, they're sugar ants at least, but still gross! I went home on my lunch and they were covering my kitchen sink (no dishes in it), they are in my CLEAN dishwasher, in both bathrooms, and the living room. I feel like they're crawling all over me!!

I can't put out ant traps because our 2.5 year old and 6 month old, and cat will get into them. So I found a concoction of baking soda and powdered sugar, I can see where they're taking it somewhere, but I don't know if it's working yet. Supposedly they can't sense the baking soda since it's mixed with powdered sugar and they take it back to their colony. The baking soda causes a reaction in their system and they can't release the gas, so they explode.

I vacuum every night after dinner, the dishes are always done after dinner, no food is left out, and everything in the pantry is sealed in either a ziploc bag or a tupperware container. I'm at my wits end with these annoying little buggers!
