What do you daikon radish for? Or make with it?
I used half a daikon radish to make some pickled carrots and daikon for dinner, Vietnamese style. I usually make kkakdugi (Korean kimchi style radish), but I only like to do that during the summer because I use the hose to rinse it off real well, plus I gift it all to my parents--I don't like it!
Any ideas for the rest of this massive radish?
