My go to gift for my niece (who just turned 7) is always arts and crafts. At her last birthday party she opened all sorts of fancy expensive gifts and the thing she got most excited about was stickers.

i gave mr bee's 6 yo niece a bunch of hello kitty stuff too! i actually gave her my scooter, and she loved that too.

Ordered some piggy paint

I actually got her HK coloring books 2 birthdays ago and for Christmas last year. Along with some really cute HK special crayons.
I just ordered some Piggy nail polish, face paints and some HK tattoos! -
