The good:
I stopped artificial sweeteners, fake fats, and fake tanning products while pregnant and never started again.

I used to drink kind of a lot, but I haven't had more than 2 beers in over 2 years.

1 cup of coffee a day, down from 3-4.

The bad:
I stopped exercising due to high blood pressure when pregnant and never started again (after a solid 15 years of being a daily exerciser!)

I started eating more junk food when pregnant, even more when I was nursing, and now it is just gross. Candy bar a day, at least.

I stopped wearing heels and never started again (to me that is bad- I like 'em).
