RJ took to the straw cup pretty easily and early, so we were lucky. We continued with a bedtime bottle for a few weeks after switching to cups during the day, but then we cut it cold turkey. Now we don't even do a bedtime cup... he drinks milk at meals, water between, and nothing before bed.

A bottle of milk for me in the morning and night, it was the only way I would drink milk. I would gag otherwise. I never really drank milk again after I quit the bottle. I hope my daughter doesn't do the same!
