Anybody pump longer than one year? At work? I'm curious to hear your story if you kept going. My LO is 10 months and I'm starting to consider my exit strategy.

I'm still pumping once per day (right before I go to bed, so not at work). I'm not sure when I'm going to stop pumping or start weaning! LO is 16 months.

I pumped once a day after DS turned one. I only stopped because I'm not working anymore. I got super lazy after he turned one tho and would often not pump at all. He was only drinking like 6 ounces of milk at daycare tho and I have a big freezer stash.

I was going to ask something like this. I'm still pumping twice a day at work. Once if my day gets hectic. LO is almost 15 months. I don't mind that much but I'm wondering how long I can keep it up.

I stopped pumping at 11/11.5 months but have coworkers who pumped until 17 or 18 months... I had enough frozen milk to get LO through to 1 year on bm alone, 1 bm bottle and 1 wm bottle for another month after that, and then just wm bottles (but still nursing morning and evening). I was very happy to stop pumping!

My LO just turned a year this month and I am still pumping. I pump or nurse 4 times a day. LO can't have dairy so I feel like I have to keep going with it for a while longer. My supply has dipped this past week with stress and being sick, so maybe my body will give up before I do, IDK. I have about 200ml of bm stash, so with what I am pumping now and that we should be ok for a while. Luckily we haven't had to supplement with formula or anything so far:)

I WAH and I just asked this question but with no replies so glad I could read this! I am not gonna pack away my pump just yet (DD is 11.5 months!) but hoping I can get by without pumping ever again! I do have a hand pump for enforcement though!

I haven't given birth yet but I will be a WOHM and I PLAN (key word: PLAN) to pump and breastfeed for as long as possible. I don't want to start trying to wean until 2 years.
Granted after 1 year I will probably be BF less and needing to pump less.
