We just ironed it out yesterday. I was up in the air with decisions because we keep getting sick! Plus DH's family always does the same thing so they basically don't plan, just show up.

Ugh... nobody can make up their minds in my family. And then when I get told I dunno and make plans I feet told they don't work with the existing plans
And now my hubby got called in for extra sgifts on his time off before the holiday and he was already working on Thanks giving...
I don't even like the holiday....

I know I’ll have my parents and us and a turkey...and that’s all I’ve got!

The kids have the week off so we were going to travel to my parents' place for a sunny SoCal Thanksgiving. Then my brother requested my parents come to see him and his boys for an afternoon the Friday after Thanksgiving. My parents don't really want to drive 16 hours round trip in holiday traffic to not spend a holiday with his kids. They also don't want to host my family and then turn around and drive here (my brother lives near me and they would stay with me). Nor do I really want to travel and then turn around and host. But I still want to see my friends back "home". So we're all just stuck.
