I'm thinking of getting a roller blind from them and was wondering what experiences others have had.

We've ordered a couple times...years ago we ordered solar shades and more recently we ordered faux wood blinds. For the most part they turned out nicely, but DH didn't like that the edges of the solar shades didn't lie flat and curled in slightly. With the blinds, their measuring instructions were way off and then they subtracted from our measurements, which led to blinds that were too small for the window. It was too much of a hassle to deal with sending back oversized blinds so we just live with it because otherwise they look good. I'd order from them again but double-check their measurements.

I've used selectblinds.com for honeycomb shades and have had good luck... Just make sure you look for a good coupon code, they always have them!

I ordered from blinds.com and I loved it! I ordered those honeycomb light filtering cordless ones for our whole house. I thought their website was helpful in helping me pick something without seeing it in person. They came SUPER fast and everything came correct/in tact!

We had a similar experience as @snowjewelz: good product, good quality, accurate measurements, etc. when we ordered from blinds.com.

We just ordered new wooden blinds for our new home and they were great! Super quick turnaround and they have a guarantee fit as long as you measure the window opening (instead of trying to guess the shade dimensions). One of the blinds were damaged during shipment and they got a replacement out to me right away! I would order from them again if needed.

We used them to buy roll-up blinds for our sun porch. It was a good experience.
