Anyone get tummy aches from taking fenugreek? I started taking 3 tabs, 3x a day and I've had the WORST tummy aches today. I wonder if its from the fenugreek?

I haven't taken fenugreek alone but I have taken more milk plus that has fenugreek in it. I haven't had any tummy troubles.

I didn't, but I got really bad gas from it. DD used to get tummy aches from it though, so I had to stop using it.

I tried Fenugreek for 1 day and got horrible stomach pains and nausea. I assumed it was a side effect and stopped taking it right away.

I also had stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea. No more fenugreek for me! (I hated smelling like syrup anyway).

Fenugreek can cause indigestion and diarrhea in some people. With that said, I had to stop taking Fenugreek by itself but the mix in More Milk Plus didn't bother me at all because I could take a lot less of that and still have results as compared to Fenugreek capsules by themselves.
