I am trying to order something from NBD and when I go to the site, I'm automatically signed in, as usual.
However, when I try to click to "view my cart" OR "check out" it brings me to a message saying I have no items in my cart and automatically signs me out. When I try to click "sign in" to get back in, it brings me to an error page.
Anyone else having a similar problem?

@IRunForFun: I haven't tried to place any orders today, but I have had issues with their site in the past and they couldn't have been nicer when I called! I bet you can call them and they'll put it through for you.

I placed an order this morning and didn't have any problems. They have awesome customer service...you should call!

@mrs. bird: Hmm, yeah it is so weird! I'm automatically signed in when I visit the site, and it will even let me add items to my cart, but I can't sign out, sign in, or check out - it just brings me to an error page. I'm at work so I can't really call right now - I'm re-adding my item every 15 minutes so I don't lose it. Frustrating!

Ahhhhhh of course their customer service hours end at 4:30 EST and I call at 4:32.
