Just used these for the first time these month (the ones that go O - blinking smiley - solid smily) and I'm getting some weird/confusing results. Anyone have experience with them before I bog you down with my question?

I used them both cycles I got my BFPs. For me my cycles were a little wonky for awhile and we got tired of BDing every other day waiting for O. So these helped us narrow down the window and avoid getting sick of each other

I have used both the version you are referring to (the CBE digital advanced) and the CBE (regular) digital.
I did not like the advanced at all and I got pregnant using the regular twice.

@travellingbee: @HappyBluebird: Okay awesome. They didn't have the advanced when I TTC for #1, so happy to see this as an option instead of the fertility monitor (which worked the first time and then I gave away!).
So I started using them on CD 8 because I had a 25 day cycle last month and my regular digital OPKs never turned positive (started testing CD11).
CD8: O
CD9: Solid (no blinking!!!). Tested with a regular digital OPK that NIGHT and got a O
Today is CD11 and I keep using the regular digitals to try and confirm, and they're still negative? What the heck? I'm almost wondering if the regular digital wand isn't working because it's never had a smiley!

@JoJoGirl: you aren't on clomid or anything right? I've never gotten a + that early but it's possible! It will always be negative the first day you take it because that sets its baseline for you.

@JoJoGirl: With a 25 day cycle I guess it would be possible to O that early. I never confirmed with another OPK so I'm not sure if this would have happened to me. However, the first cycle I used them, I tested early on a whim and it was a solid smiley. Temps confirmed I O'd between that day and the next.
Do you temp? Maybe it is possible you had a bad regular OPK?
ETA: Maybe you had a short surge and caught it that morning the the advanced but by night time you would have missed the surge?

@travellingbee: @HappyBluebird: Nope, not on Clomid. And I do temp - here's my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3cf794 - I used digital OPKs from CD11-CD17 last month and they were all negative, so judging from how short my cycle was, I probably missed it!
Looks like I had a rise today, so maybe Od yesterday?
@HappyBluebird: I guess that's possible?? I used the advanced at 8pm CD8, then got a positive at around 2pm CD9, then the regular digital was negative at 8pm CD9. That would be a super short surge!

I used them once and I had the solid smiley for something like 7 days before the flashing one came on. I think I eventually got the flashing smiley - I think we got pregnant that cycle, but I can't remember (memory not so great with a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old).

@JoJoGirl: it does seem short! Hopefully your temps confirm in a few days!

@JoJoGirl: I got a solid smiley early one month and did some research and it was really important to only leave in the stream for as long as it says because you can over saturate the stick. I always think the more the better but not in this case. Haha

Oh man. Well, 3 days after my "peak", I got a positive OPK. Now I don't know what the heck is going on!

I've used them a couple times. One time I got several days of flashing before the solid and one time I got no flashing before the solid.
