Before baby, Yes but I haven't found a good routine yet. Thinking of putting DD in a part time Mother's Day out program so I can get things done and working out too!

When I used to run a lot my favorite time of day to go running is in the morning. It really helped start my day. I plan on starting again but the weather here is just so weird. One day it's 80s but feels like 90s and the next it's in the low 70s and really breezy and cold feeling. It's been like this for weeks...

@Espion: I did this morning for the first time in a long time! And really, all it takes is the first few mornings to get in a groove. There is just something so empowering about knowing that you accomplished [fill in the blank here] before most folks were even reaching for the snooze button!

What do you consider early? Heh. I don't really run but I was up at 4:20 to hit the gym today.

@BabyBoecksMom: Same - 4/430 is painful but so is 5/530 so I suck it up.
I used to but dealing with pumping/feeding/being ready for my work day makes it a challenge. Once I stop BFing I hope to be a little more consistent.

@matador84: Wow, good for you. I have to squeeze long runs in on the weekends and even finding time then is a challenge.
