Oh hugs! Sorry I can't help, but I'm bumping this back up to the top of the page so maybe you get some advice.

I had a short LP as well - right about the same as you, 10 days. I will say that I tried every supplement under the sun, but progesterone was the only thing that was able to make real progress in lengthening my LP.

I take prometrium. This is bioindentical micronized progesterone that's in a little round pink gelcap. You can take it orally or use it as a suppository. Orally is easier and less messy, but it's less effective and therefore you have to take more of it and generally have more side effects (like major fatigue). I do the suppositories because it's the more effective method of putting the progesterone in the area of your body where it needs to be absorbed. It's "messy" in that you need to wear a panty liner, but it's really not bad at all.

I've also been on endometrin which is only a suppository, but is in tablet form. I think it's messier and more irritating to the pikachu, and it was a lot more expensive (like 3-4x).

As far as cost goes, our insurance doesn't cover anything for 'infertility' so we paid for everything out of pocket. Call around to get the best deal because the price can vary a LOT. Costco pharmacy is the cheapest around me, but it's still about $70 for 30 caps.
