I think I have a super squinter. Thoughts? It came up within the window. I don't have any better tests now. Also it was stark negative a few days ago so I'm pretty sure it's not leftover hcg. I'm 11 dpo.

It's 5am here, will check if cvs is open on my run to buy a frer

@periwinklebee: I can totally see it!! Definitely take an FRER and report back

@periwinklebee: I'm going to cry. I don't think it's a squinter at all! That's there! Get ye to a pharmacy!!!

@periwinklebee: ahhhh I'm so excited for you!! Can't wait to see the frer!

Thank you guys Eeek, it almost seems too good to be true! The test line is very light but definitely there in person. CVS is closed until 7, though, boo. Will stop by again later and hopefully test in the afternoon. Last time at 11dpo the cheapie test was about this squinty but the FRER was much clearer, so I will hope for something darker with that...

@periwinklebee: I buy pretty much all my clothes at thrift stores to save money, plus you end up with a more interesting wardrobe!

@periwinklebee: it's totally positive! My bfps on cheapies around 10-12 DPO looked just like that.

@azjax: Thank you! I hope things are going well for you
@dominobee: That's awesome, hah hah, I go back to my point about being lazy and confess to mostly shopping at places that have free shipping, free returns, so I don't even have to leave my house

@azjax: that's good to hear it's so faint but similar to last time, when my hcg was right where it should have been... I vowed this time I would be more optimistic and enjoy it for however long it lasts!

@jhd: I have also gained weight since last summer, and I refuse to buy new clothes because I have so many clothes I love that I want to wear! I have enough that fits to get me through spring, but I'll need to drop some weight before summer. I'm 11 days into tracking my food & exercise through the MyFitnessPal app. This is like the third time I've started this app - the two other times I stopped after like a week - but I'm feeling motivated to stick with it this time mostly because of some really pretty dresses and tops I desperately want to wear this summer! LOL! Of course if I get pregnant that would throw a wrench in those plans, but being more healthy and fit won't hurt during a pregnancy. I've been riding my bike to work to "earn" more calories so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself.

@periwinklebee: HOORAY!! Do you want me to add you to the positives, list, or do you want to wait until FRER?

@dominobee: I love MFP. I have so much on my plate right now with work that I can't handle doing anything extra, but DH is tracking his calories so we are eating pretty healthy except for my late night snacking! I am hoping to count calories and get more exercise in a few weeks once school is out for summer!

@dominobee: for now I can just be your cheerleader! Sounds like you are doing great! Do you ride your bike to work or just for fun?
nectarine / 2813 posts
@dominobee: I've used MFP every day for like 4 years now and I love it!

@jhd: That's awesome! I've been trying to ride my bike to work when the weather is nice and when I know I won't need my car during the day. Since I'm a journalist I sometimes have to drive all over the region for interviews and press conferences. My round-trip bike ride burns about 400 calories. I also try to bike to friend's houses and things like that. I live at the top of a hill so it's sometimes hard to motivate myself, but knowing I'll be able to have a beer or a cookie (sometimes both!) if I ride instead of drive definitely helps.
DH got a physical yesterday and he has high blood pressure. Doc told him to cut down on alcohol and fatty foods, which I was happy to hear. He was reading this list of foods he needs to eat more of - fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, nuts, seeds - and I was like "dang sounds like my diet!" I'm vegetarian and he eats meat so we don't always eat the same food for dinner, and he gets fed lunch at work every day so our diets turn out to be quite different. But I'm excited that he's going to try to eat healthier because that means there will be less tempting foods in the house!
@mrskansas: Did you start it to lose weight, or just to be healthy? I'm on the lose one pound week plan and even though it's been a week and a half I can't really tell a difference yet, since weight tends to fluctuate throughout the day and week. But I'm excited to see how I'll look and feel in a couple of months! I love when you "complete diary" and then it says what you'll weigh in 5 weeks. It's great motivation for me!

I'm in the Bay Area for work and the vast majority of cvs inventory of hpts consisted of this. Wtf Silicon Valley, seriously?

I picked up the only kind that had a non digi in it. It says 6 days sooner but looks different than the kind I've used before. Has anyone used this? I think it is too early for a digital.

Thanks guys The support here is so amazing!
@dominobee: It doesn't really matter, maybe wait until there is something a little darker... Thank you for coordinating it

@periwinklebee: LOL why would you need bluetooth on a HPT! So crazy.
And all the !!!!
grapefruit / 4466 posts
@dominobee: @mrsbubbletea: There's nothing quite like peeing on a bluetooth connected device Think how many people can now pee on this rather than on their phone!
nectarine / 2813 posts
@dominobee: I started using it before I had my daughter and lost 40 pounds. Then I lost 70 after I had her since I gained way too much weight.
nectarine / 2813 posts
@dominobee: I lost 40 in about 4 months but I was only eating 1200 a day. Probably a better idea to take it a bit slower
pear / 1553 posts
@mrskansas: Yeah I'm trying to drop 40 in about 10 months, so a much slower pace. I'm eating about 1600 calories a day, more if I exercise. And then one day a week I just eat whatever I want. I still log it though, just so I can see it tell me that if I eat like that every day I'll probably gain weight!
kiwi / 578 posts
@periwinklebee: I haven't used the Bluetooth tests (serious WTF) but I have used the combo pack! The non digi is basically the old, non-curved handle FRER. I'm not sure the digi will be accurate until the day AF is due.

@azjax: Thank you, this is super helpful! I didn't want to inadvertently take one that is even less sensitive than my cheapie, and then be super sad if it showed nothing.
