    @AmeliaBedilia: Big hugs. It will be much easier with you two living together!

    This morning, I (figuratively) threw out the BBT. I might OPK the two days I usually get a positive but otherwise I'm just not caring the rest of this cycle. I don't even know if I want to continue with the acupuncture at this point...

    @LindsayInNY: I'm sorry. Sounds like you are really down. Big hugs.

    @littlek: No, no, I'm okay! Was down a bit over the weekend and had some blowups with DH... So I'm trying to just not obsess the same way for the rest of this cycle. I'm Oing pretty regularly so I don't see a point in temping to confirm. So we'll keep up a good schedule this weekend when I should be Oing and go from there... I need to make him and us a bit more of a priority and not future LO

    @LindsayInNY: Okay good. Honestly, temping stressed me out.

    @Crystal: any update this morning???????????????

  8. LindsayInNY

    bananas / 9229 posts

    @littlek: @MrsMcD: I've been doing it for almost a year and a half now that it's kinda become second nature. But, at the same time, I don't know if there's really a point to continuing to do it. I know I'm ovulating so what else do I stand to gain? This is the last cycle on our own anyways so I don't have much to lose by stopping!

    Whyyyyyyyy..... So last cycle I ovulated earlier than I expected, but it was still not crazy early and we did BD at the right times. But I think I ovulated yesterday at CD11 and we BD last night, but that was it so far this cycle. Any insight for why I might be ovulating so early? I also got a + opk yesterday and today (today was very dark). Temp jump this morning, though not super high. I'm so confused. Maybe I haven't ovulated yet. I hate this!!!

    @Crystal: I am so jealous of your beautiful chart! Lol, it is just so perfect... FX!

    @mrs. tictactoe: lol, thanks. Hmmmm... Has your routine changed at all to throw it off? Weird it's be early... Keep using OPKs just in case.

    @LindsayInNY: hugs. Sounds like that's a good plan, you should definitely take the opportunity to relax and have some fun with DH, especially on vacation!

    @MrsMcD: bfn on a wandfo this morning. Boooo.

    Temp dipped a bit, but I didn't sleep well, so that could be why. Still well above the cover line.

    @mrs. tictactoe: I once ovulated on CD11 the very first cycle I started using OPKs. Also, if you are still getting positives, how do you know you have ovulated?

  13. mrs. tictactoe

    blogger / pomegranate / 3201 posts

    @MrsMcD: I had a temp jump this morning and was really crampy yesterday. I don't KNOW, I just think I know. But I could definitely be wrong. We will keep BDing and keep using the opks and see what happens...

    Catching up today. Weekends are a mad house at my place.

    @Crystal: Great chart!! The little I know about charts... I know that's a good one! Fx! Bummer on the BFN ... try a FRER!

    @littlek: Yes please move me... I think I'm now April 18th. Though I have been reading this morning that a late LH surge means AF is suppose to show up 1-2 days afterwards... and it's been 4 days... and not AF yet I was kind of hoping for that because it would put my cycle in an actual reasonable range.

    @Torchwood: @AmeliaBedilia: @Kelli_Deluxe: Thanks for the support!

    @mrs. tictactoe: OPKs are sooo stressful! Keep testing though. Good luck!

    @Raindrop: What a state of limbo!?!?! I hope youve got some good BDing in. That's all you can, right? Except keep testing if you are into that.

  17. Raindrop

    grapefruit / 4731 posts

    @MrsMcD: I know! Such limbo. I'm totally armed with sticks (opks, hcgs, temping) for next cycle though... so hopefully next cycle I'll know exactly whats going on. All I can do is wait for this one to be over. We did have some good BDing this month. FX

    Though I must say that time last week was pretty exciting. Hehe.

  18. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

    @Raindrop: I think I am going to grab a FRER later. I have something tonight and tomorrow after work, so I kind of want to put off more testing until I can be home to celebrate with DH.

    Ugh, I hate when O is late! How long is your LP usually? Are you temping to confirm ovulation?

    @mrs. tictactoe: Get down girl, lol.

    @MrsMcD: Eek! You are getting close to your POAS date!

  19. septca

    @Crystal: That is a *beautiful* chart. I am so excited for you to keep POAS!

    I am sorry I have been MIA lately. Honestly, I'm in the month 6 slump and just feeling very cranky. There's just no other explanation. On a high note, it's O-3 and DH and I made a strong commitment to BDing ED for this week (we started Saturday and I expect O Thursday or Friday). That way I won't have any timing excuses. Plus, it's been really nice for building intimacy and general togetherness, which I need a bit of right now.

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

    @septca: I was just thinking about you this morning and how much I missed you! Big hugs, the slump and sadness at 6 months are awful. You have great timing this month, and I am super hopeful for you!

    Are you doing a medicated cycle this time? Or do you have plans on the horizon for that?

  21. littlek

    GOLD / squash / 13576 posts

    @mrs. tictactoe: I ovulated once really early, it was my 17 day cycle.

    @septca: Sorry you are feeling in a slump. Nothing like DTD to improve spirits!

    @Crystal: and @littlek: ((hugs)) Thanks, friends. I am at that point when it starts to be hard to see BFPs from people who have been at it for less time. Even though I know I can't complain because my journey so far this time has been a bit less dedicated than I would like. I am so glad to be so committed to TTC this month and I want to have high hopes.

    @Crystal: So far, we are just trying naturally because my endometriosis pain has been almost nonexistent. I think my doctor will give us a few more cycles (maybe through summer) before recommending that we do IVF. DH and I really haven't talked about that path, and I am conflicted about it (although I know he would want to do it), so I would rather it just happen soon.

    @septca: I really like this thread because everyone is kind of the same boat trying for kind of a long time.

    Just found out 2 of my co-workers are pregnant 4-5 months along each. I am really happy for them... both first kid... and one has been TTCing for 5 years but at the same time can't help but wish it was me!

    I this thread! I feel like the other POAS is a little chaotic, due to so many more people. I like our small little group.

    @septca: Hi lady. I know the slump feeling. I've been in a bit of a slump myself for a few months. But BDing is the best thing you can do and it seems you've got that down this month.

    @Raindrop: Its tough to have pregnant coworkers. I can't even imagine. Stay strong, lady. Your time will come!

    I the !

  28. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

    @septca: Ugh, been there. I had to quit participating on the regular POAS thread because I couldn't handle people wanting to jump off a bridge for not being KU the first cycle. (I understand that's just me being bitter, and they are entitled to their feelings.)

    Yay for great timing!!!

    Do you have eggs frozen from last time, or do you need to do the whole process? (I hope this isn't an offensive question, I am just starting to learn about the process. Please let me know if I crossed a line.)

  29. littlek

    GOLD / squash / 13576 posts

    @Raindrop: I had 3 co-workers announce pretty much same day, of course AF arrived the same day they told me.

  30. Raindrop

    grapefruit / 4731 posts

    @littlek: *hugs* The 5-year TTCer announced last week. I was actually very very happy for her because she had a lot of struggles that she was sharing with me over the last 2 years we have been co-workers. The other one was today and it was kind of out of no where. I don't know her story... but two in a roll is hitting harder than I thought it would!

  31. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

    @littlek: @Raindrop: I love this group too! I you ladies, this process would be much much more difficult without you.

    @Raindrop: Ugh to pregnant coworkers. Its always good to hear success stories from women who have tried for so long, but its still hard not to be jealous.

    @MrsMcD: LOL!

    I feel guilty for expressing that, so I'm glad I wasn't judged too harshly!

    ~~~~~
    I just figured out that if I am KU, my EDD is Dec 18th.
    That is the day before we were going to announce to our families when I got the BFP last year. That is a good sign, right?
  35. deactivated_account
    GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
    @Crystal: Yes, I think that is a very good sign!
    FWIW, my due date would be the 19th!! Eeeeekkk!! I want us both to be pregnant right now!
  36. septca
    GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
    @MrsMcD: and @Crystal: I need to be in a bitterness-accepted land right now. I saw an announcement today and another post about just *knowing* you're pregnant - and both just made me want to cry. Like you said, they are entitled to that, I know this is all about me.
    @LindsayInNY:
    (I just wanted to meh you because I am so excited that I can now. )
    @Crystal: No worries. I am offended by nothing TTC-related here. I never made it to IVF the first time. After my surgery, my doctor gave us 6 months (really 3 tries because one of my sides is worthless) to try naturally before suggesting we move to IVF to preserve whatever fertility I had left. We were very lucky to get KU the first cycle I O'ed from the good side, so we don't think we have any other fertility issues besides my endo. I thought this time would be a breeze because of that... but nope. This is the first cycle DD has been completely weaned, that I have a "normal" cycle, and that I am O'ing from the good side... so FX that we will be lucky again.
    @littlek: Yes! I agree 100%. Esp for a newbie like me, the other group boards are overwhelming!
    @Crystal: I think that's a VERY good sign! Fx!
    @septca: Yay for your bd'ing "schedule!" Positive vibes your way that you catch that egg!
    Also, can I join the bitter board?
    Tested "for fun" this morning, bfn as expected. It's 12dpo. I had some spotting this afternoon, which I'm telling myself not to read to much into.... Ohhhh progesterone.
    @MrsMcD: Bitter POAlltheSers? Lol
    I hope we both are pregnant this month!!!!
    @septca: I'm super hopeful you get knocked up without having to do that! This was a good side month, right? How did weaning go? DD still asking for it?
  40. deactivated_account
    GOLD / pomegranate / 3938 posts
    @Kelli_Deluxe: Oh darn.... bfn on 12dpo. I was thinking of testing tomorrow at 12dpo. That sucks. But don't rely too much on that test. Its stilllllllllllll early!
