@bushelandapeck: thank you honey! Looks like the nights rest did me good. How I'd your pregnancy going? Any nub shot for us to guess on yet?

@Radish: congrats on a positive Opk! And good luck on your LP. Looks like we would have been due date twins this month. I am of course banking on skipping LP for a BFP but hopefully you will be all set for yours next month.

@MrsMccarthy: Hope you get your Christmas baby! I'm the most excited about the timing of ovulation next cycle now - the week after it my world will get crazy which means I now have distractions during the TWW and I won't have to worry about squeezing in BD with everything going on.
@anyajenkins: I feel you. It blows - especially when you put your *best* effort into it.

@MrsMccarthy: well, yes in fact I do have one. I posted it last week but didn't get much of a response. Let me know what you think! We will know for sure in 5 weeks!

@MrsHansen82: sorry honey, I hope you and some of the others get a second shot at April BFp!

@anyajenkins: I know what you mean. I feel that way about this cycle too. Even though we know we don't have control it's very hard when you do everything perfectly and work so hard on it only to have it end in AF. I really hope this is just the darkness before the dAwn. Will you get another shot this month?

I have noticed a few ladies talking about the importance of orgasming while bd-ing because it can help you get pregnant. Can anyone tell me why that is? Does that mean you can O before BD-ing from foreplay or O during BD?

@MrsHansen82: @anyajenkins: Boo!!! I'm sorry to hear you girls are out.
@simplyfelicity: I don't know how helpful orgasms are, but I've heard if you orgasm at the same time or after your husband, it can help pull the sperm UP and into your cervix to really get them to the egg (or to wait for the egg) that much quicker!

@simplyfelicity: It isn't necessary, but can be helpful in getting sperm up through the cervix. I didn't when we conceived LO, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

@simplyfelicity: I've heard on documentaries and from reading that orgasming and being aroused neutralizes the pH in the vagina which is normally very acidic and toxic for sperm. Also the contractions are supposed to allow the cervix the dip into the pool of semen and draw it up into the uterus. That's not to say that you cannot get pregnant without orgasming, but it certainly doesn't hurt!

@simplyfelicity: actually you can also just do a few kegels right after and get the same effect! That's what this fertility book I am reading suggests. Just put you butt on a pillow and do some kegels right after. You'll be fine.

@Radish: @MrsMccarthy: @MrsHansen82: @Adira: Thanks, ladies! If I put too much pressure on O-ing then I probably won't but I can totally work on being more in the mood!:) Geez...y'all are so helpful!

@anyajenkins: & @mrshansen82: I'm sorry this month didn't work out. I was hoping really things for you. Do you have short enough cycles to "roll down" rather than roll over to May? -- maybe next month is still this month!
My TWW is draaaaaging. I feel like the days might actually be going backwards.

@lilyofthewest: I might squeak myself in, but if I O the same CD as last month, I'll be POAS on May 1st. I'll still hang around until someone starts the May board.

@MrsHansen82: @anyajenkins: So sorry to hear... I think I'll be joining you tomorrow. A little more spotting tonight, light pink. It's very faint, but I just don't have a good feeling.
If AF arrives tomorrow, this would be another 25 day cycle. So I guess I could technically be a late late April POAS-er too.
I'm so bummed

@keepcalmcarrie: That sucks, maybe April showers will bring May flowers for us! In other words April BDing will bring May BFPs!

@MrsHansen82: hahah April showers bringing may flowers!! Totally. That's so cute. I think it will be true!!!
@snowjewelz you can move my POAS date up to April 17th! Looks like I'm about o ovulate and I'll be 14DPO then.
