I found a special on boogie wipes (360 for $25), and am thinking about getting them. My baby always has a snotty or runny nose, but I've been using tissue or wipes. Are boogie wipes actually better?

I prefer them, but my kid's bad about wiping his snot across his face and no tissue is going to get caked on snot of his cheeks. And they don't seem to bother him as much as wiping constantly with tissues do. He has a snotty nose for practically the entire school year, so they're lifesavers for us.

Yeah I like them better as its easier to get goop off quickly. Where did you find that deal?

I like them when LO's had a cold for a while and her nose just looks so sore...they're more gentle for sure! I've used them myself on occasion

I much prefer them for crusty snot. For regular runny noses once she was past a year or so, didn't make much of a difference over a regular soft tissue (like puffs with lotion, as opposed to the gritty cheapie tissues you find in waiting rooms).
When she has a really bad cold and I'm wiping 38 times a day they do seem to help a bit though.

Like PP, I use regular tissue for runny noses, but for crusty noses, boogie wipes are great!

I like them but idk if I would buy in bulk. I feel like I buy maybe 2 pkgs of 30ea at the beginning of fall season and they still seem to be around by spring. Also, if a pkg is opened (no longer originally sealed) for quite some time, they do dry out like wipes do too.

I like them because tissues will give me a really raw nose if I'm constantly blowing it and such, but the boogie wipes don't.

yes. I have used babywipes on my own nose in a pinch and man did it sting. the boogie wipes are soft, don't sting, and have some grip to them if needed they're the ONLY thing my kids will allow! we get unscented.

Yes they are awesome. The snot just sticks to them and it's so much softer on their nose.

I think regular wipes sting her irritated skin, while boogie wipes don't.

I really like them and I LOVE the way the green ones smell. I even use them on myself if I have a really bad cold and my nose is raw from blowing with regular tissues. I always have people bring me a few packs when they visit since I can't get them here.

Love the unscented Boogie Wipes! We go through quite a few packs of Boogie Wipes each cold and flu season.

LO had runny noses often and I love boogie wipes. I still wouldn't have used that many in the few years I needed them. so if you buy that much you might need to give some away as gifts.

I saw the deal in woot, too, but not sure if I would need that many. My LOs does have nasal congestion and I do need to use saline drops on them, but the question I have is does the saline wipes really help? I have face and hand wipes and regular diaper wipes. Do I need saline wipes, too? I did go ahead and added a 3 pack of boogie wipes to my subscribe and save on Amazon.
ETA: Amazon's S&S is a better price than woot. $8.90 for a 3 pack of unscented. Woot is $30 (price after shipping) for 8 packs.
Also, how does these wipes help with getting snot out. I can understand how saline drops going in the nose helps but how does wipes that go outside the nose helps with snot. Doesn't really make sense but it has really high reviews. I'll try one pack.

Yes, I have them on my subscribe and save and we go through a ton when LO has a cold. (We also go through a lot when she doesn't because she always *needs* a wipe and if I don't watch her, she will pull out several to use on her *babies*.
