Anyone know what happens if you take an expired test? False negative? False positive? Doesn't matter? And does it matter if its a FRER or digital?

I don't know. But I do know the what if would drive me crazy, so I'd probably buy some more anyways.

K, so I recently took an expired wondfo. I was worried I got a false positive, but what my hubby said made sense...more chance in getting false negative because the test is made to detect hcg and if the test is too old, may not have enough to detect. I took an over year expired test and it was right, so.... Good luck!

They still work! Supposedly you're more likely to get a false negative though. I got my BFP on an expired test
