I wouldn't eat fish, runny eggs, raw oysters, carpaccio, undercooked steak and sushi when I was growing up. Now I eat and love all those things!
What about you? Have you gotten pickier as you get older or less picky?

I hated onions and I love them now! I also didn't like broccoli and Brussels sprouts. All three of those are staples in my kitchen these days.

I wouldn't touch seafood, now I've worked up to being able to prepare and enjoy a few types of fish (this was HUGE for me!), and I hated hot dogs and mustard....the latter is now my go-to condiment...I put it in almost everything I cook!

I didn't like broccoli, because I didn't like the way the bits got all over everything.
But, now I love broccoli!

oh so many things! I've been actively trying to get over all my old food aversions--I was really, really picky growing up. I didn't eat eggs or carbonated drinks until I was in college, and I love those now (esp seltzer water--yum!). I used to hate cooked greens and mushrooms but now I'm better at those, though sometimes they're still too much. I also became a vegetarian when I was 4 but over the past couple years I've been working on becoming a pescetarian now since fish and seafood is such a great, lean source of protein, but I'm super picky with it still! I'm totally not reliable about it

I wasn't a fan of sushi at all. Now, I love it!! I've become less picky as I've gotten older. I'm more inclined to try new things.

Mushrooms and Asparagus. I have a feeling this had more to do with my parents always serving canned. As an adult I love these as fresh veggies.

Almost everything! I was neuroticly picky when I was little.
I now eat lasagna, pork chops, chili, bananas, raspberries, steak, onions, ..the list goes on!

runny eggs. I used to only like my eggs well done or scrambled and now I would rather not eat an egg unless it's over easy!
spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, um... can't think of much else right now.

Mustard. I will eat anything that has mustard on it now. As a child I hated it!

I wouldn't eat bell peppers, taro, cilantro, green onions, celery, undercooked egg yolks, and bitter melon growing up. Now I eat it all! The only thing I still won't go near is Olives. I have tried time and again to give them a "2nd chance", but yuck!!

I would only eat egg whites when I was younger, now I love runny eggs!!

I am actually pickier now than I was when I was a kid.
When I was a kid I would eat things that totally gross me out now!

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Same!
When I was little I could eat an onion like an apple. Now, I don't like onions or apples! There are a ton of other things that I can't eat now that I loved then, too.

I wouldn't eat asparagus, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, pizza, sausage or hotdogs. I will eat all of those now except hotdogs, I will always hate them!

I hated cereal and cream of mushroom soup. I don't hate them now anymore and I am definitely a lot more open to different types of food now.
My dad used to mix rice, raw egg yolk, and soy sauce in a bowl for dinner. I thought it was the BEST thing evar!!! Now, I won't touch it!

I can't think of specific foods, but I couldn't stand the heat of spicy foods when I was little. Also my parents made sure we stayed away from spicy anything. Once I started dating DH I was hooked, and I love the extra heat.

cilantro. even at a young age i considered myself to be more on the "adventurous eater" side, but this just tasted like SOAP to me. many bowls of pho had been ruined due to cilantro. but as i got older, it slowly started to grow on me. now i love it...even in my green juices.
