I only started watching last year, so I'm sort of a gleek in training. I love Brittany and Artie and Sam and Mercedes and Blaine. Oh, who am I kidding, I love them all! I can't wait for next week's episode!

I watched the first few episodes but stopped in protest. I sang acappella in college and was really passionate about it, and everyone always made fun of me. They ridiculed the coordinating outfits, the singing, and the choreography. If they came to my concerts they did so grudgingly. And now all of a sudden it's cool..... booo!!!!

@artbee: You were the people I loved!!!! It was just my friends (mostly asians) who thought it was supremely uncool. And now they're ALL gleeks. I'm just bitter.
I stopped watching it but I follow The Sing-Off quite closely. Love that show. Wagon Sr. and I met singing acappella so we love watching it together

@artbee: Band!!! My geek sister... I was a Drama geek!!!!! I was in band in middle school but I was not hardcore enough to continue into high school (our high school band was MAJOR into competitions and stuff). I think Drama might have been even worse... I was also in the closest thing we had to show choir, which was Jazz Combo.

@mrs. wagon: yay! I was way too shy to do drama, but I have a lot of drama friends and loved seeing the shows. Thought about doing set design, but you have to take some acting classed for that so I knew that wouldn't happen.

@artbee: hehe I knew we were kindred. I was shy UNTIL I did drama! Actually my college essay was about how drama totally helped me come out of my shell. I didn't continue into college (did acappella instead) but I've always wondered about doing local theater. I don't LOVE acting but I do love singing!

@mrs. wagon: you should do local theater! I love our local theater. My parents are members of 4 local theaters and before lo id always go with them. Next weekend is rocky horror show in the park, so excited! I did theater camp when I was little because my older sister did and I wanted to be like her. But I was always just in the chorus.

@artbee: maybe someday... I always get so intimidated when I go to local shows and I read about the cast members in the programs. They're always in so many shows! I haven't done anything since high school! But I guess everyone starts somewhere! Maybe once #2 is a little older
I'll have to get my figure back and start singing again at some point!!

Britney is my favorite handsdown! I also love when Mercedes sings, her voice is so powerful it always gives me goosebumps.
