I am not.
We've been in our house for five years!!! And I still don't feel like many of our rooms are "complete!" And I don't mean on a revolving basis, I mean I've never gotten around to finish decorating!
ETA: lack of time/$/laziness/etc. are my biggest hurdles!

Nope. For Mother's Day DH hired an interior designer to help me redo our LR and new nursery. It has been amazing! I would have never thought to mix patterns and colors like she has.

I think so... it's something I really enjoy doing so I spend a lot of time looking for ideas, then shopping, then putting things together.

I'm decent. My home isn't magazine worthy, but I like the way it looks. I like decorating.

I am not talented, as in, I couldn't make my living doing this, but I have a decent eye and know what I like.
My problem is a lack of time. If I had a week and a carpenter, I could do all the odd little things that would make a difference in my house. I also need to merchandise, but I am cheap, so I end up wanting to DIY but I have no time.

I know what I like. Unfortunately, I seem to like all the pricey stuff, so we make do. 
We've been in our new place for just a few months and most of it is more or less done, except for DD's room.

I also can't commit to anything that goes on wall. We've been in our house for a year and couple months, and the walls are still bare!

I know what I like, and I'm good at mapping out my vision. I lost steam when I got pregnant though, so our master bedroom and our office are unfinished!

Not really. I always see pieces/ideas I like, but I have neither the funds nor the motivation to actually do anything! Most of our house is just the way we bought it, with minimal decorations. I don't even have our photos hung up yet and it's been over a year!

I feel like I'm really good at decorating for a non-professional. But I'm not good at decorating on a very low budget, and sadly...I am indeed working with a low budget.
But if I can spend a larger amount of money, I think I have pretty good taste.

I think I'm decent, but again, the time and money issues get me. A couple of the rooms in our house are really coming together now. (We've been in the house for a year.) The rest are waiting on me having the time and energy to get them done. Also, this house is a lot bigger than anywhere we have lived before, so we need to buy some furniture to fill it out... and furniture is expensive, so the house still looks a bit empty.

I am okay. I know what i like and dislike. I'm always moving things around, and perusing magazines/websites for ideas. We have a house fund, so we're usually saving up for something.
My biggest hurdle is arranging art and developing a cohesive look. We moved into a bigger house a couple of months ago and it's been hard to decorate the place!

No, if I had lots of money...maybe. But I'm not a big shopper and I have neither the time or interest to look around for bargains to find imitations of what I really want. We have lots of bare walls and a few empty rooms in my house. And I don't care all that much!

I don't' know if I would say 'Good" but I enjoy doing it. My issue is I get bored easily so I want to always switch out which is expensive. I still have some rooms that need work but DH says no

No I'm awful. I know pretty things when I see them, but I can't put it all together at all. We hired a decorator for our living room and it was the best $$ I ever spent.

Sort of - I'm good at visualizing how I want a space to look and getting it that way (ie. picking out a color for DH to paint the room!) but I'm not sure my taste is for everyone. I love bold color and minimal accessories/tchotchkes, and whenever I see a room "designed" by a decorator it has way more stuff in it than I would ever be comfortable with! That said, my husband has learned to indulge whatever idea I come up with because he's always happy with the way it looks at the end even when he's completely skeptical when I describe it!
