I've never been a good sleeper. I remember having trouble falling asleep as young as 2 and it's been something I've struggled with my entire life. I can lay in bed for hours trying to fall asleep because my mind is always racing, so I have to watch tv to zone out.
It got a little better when I became a parent because I was so tired, but the problem I've been having since Olive was born has been dozing off for a couple minutes when I'm nursing and then not being able to sleep for hours, or waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep for hours (like now).
I would love to be a better sleeper, and hope I don't pass my insomnia and sleep issues down to the kids!
Mr Bee is an excellent sleeper and can fall asleep anywhere and as soon as his head hits the pillow. Jealous.
