Or a grazer? Or just particularly hungry all the time?
I know my problem is that I'm hungry because I haven't eaten, say, breakfast. Instead I feed the kids and make sure that I have that first and second cup of coffee. I might eat a handful of dry cereal or some of the fresh fruit but I never eat a meal until lunch and supper. All morning I snack, then lunch, a snack before hubs gets home, then dinner and I -might- have a dessert (but it's rare).
Are you a muncher?
