Kinda sorta? If something totally last-minute comes up I could call my parents and they'll likely be able to come. But it's rare that this would happen.

Not really. My SIL needs like a week notice, my sister needs at least a couple days, but if we have the extra cash we could probably get one of our 'paid' babysitters.

As long as my mom isn't watching my niece and nephew, or my mil isn't working, we can usually get a last minute sitter

Yes... ILs would be up for it 75% of the time, and my mom 1000% of the time. We're really lucky.

Eh, sometimes - I have two much younger coworkers from my old part time job that are college students/recent college grads, they love to babysit and live in the neighborhood. But they can have busy schedules, too.
No family or close friends nearby. -
Yeah, we have my parents or ILs, and friends as well.
