I am during the time I get up to dinner time... during 8pm 'til I fall asleep, I rarely look at it. It's my QT with DH and don't really have anything to check.

When I had a smart phone I was. Now I just have a basic and it's not nearly as addictive.

Yes, I am. It's the first thing I check in the morning since my phone charges on my night stand. I think the game 'Tiny Tower' is part of my addiction.

Nope. I just have a cheap phone with no Internet though. Although even when I have my blackberry, I rarely used the Internet or anything. Now, the iPad is a whole other story!,

Yep, it is pathetic.
I am constantly turning my screen on and checking it, even if I checked it thirty seconds ago and didn't have anything. I also am always on it using facebook, instagram, and of course on hellobee. When DH and I get in bed we spend a good 10 minutes on our phones not talking to each other. It is BAD!!!!

Hardly! DH and I are notorious for not having a texting plan, and not responding to phone calls!

At work or during the day yes. At night much less so.
