Yes!
I hate those stores with the long check out lines that are filled with stuff!!!

Not at all. I'm very patient and can prowl sales for months before committing to buy. When I'm at the store I fill my basket quick but end up putting 75% of items back before I check out. LOL

Never at full price, but I am an impulse shopper with sales. However, DH is a super saver and has our budget down to the penny, so these days its more like I WANT to be an impulse shopper

Yes, especially if things are marked down. I am really watching it now, I have to say, and I feel a lot better about things.

I was until we started a budget in January. I really, really want a new diaper bag though.

I impulse add things to carts when I'm online shopping, but rarely actually check out! At stores, I am only impulsive if I see something super cheap and can't pass up the deal.

Not at all. It takes a LOT to convince me to spend money on stuff -- even if we really need it! DH is my enabler.

Not really. I usually like to think about things. So if I see something today and still really want it tomorrow or the next day, then I know I "really" want it.

Um, did you see the cute stuff I picked up at Gymboree? All impulse.
pineapple / 12566 posts
No, but mainly because I usually have a very specific idea of what I'm looking for and will wait it out until I find the perfect thing, at least, for me and our home. But show me a baby gap sale rack and I might sing a different tune!

Yes, however my 2014 New Year's Resolution was to be a better shopper. Although I did hit up Old Navy's sale on Satuday and bought 3 pairs of jeans for me, but they were $15 and I needed them I used to be a weekly shopper, now it's a special treat to buy something

Usually not, but if DD is with me, I end up buying her stuff "just because".

@lawbee11: I know you do! And you encourage me too!
@blackbird: and totally all worth it!

Depends. For big purchases, no, I do lots of research and often wait for the best price. My problem is the little stuff at the store, the stuff that here and there really adds up. We started budgeting in February and it feels so much better! Now I think my budget keeps me in check!

Usually I'll put something in my cart and walk around the store with it, and then decide last minute that I don't need it. And if I'm shopping online, it takes me so long to look for the best price that by the time I find it I'm over it and don't have to buy it.

Ehhh, if we have more in our checking than usual, sometimes. I normally like the feeling of saving over buying!

When it comes to DS - yup! But only if there's a sale. Otherwise, not so much.
