I annoy DH because I like turning the subtitles on at home!

Haha yep! I like to talk during movies.

My DH will probably say that I am annoying.

If my DH has seen the movie before, I ask questions, like about how a particular shot was filmed. Sometimes I'll ask him if this character is good or bad. My DH is pretty knowlegable about film so I ask him what other movies a particular actor/actress has been in.

As you can tell, if I'm asking all these questions, I usually not that interested in the movie.

Oh, yeah! I make like Mystery Science Theater 3000 and have fun making snarky commentary if I'm not particularly into the movie. Sometimes it makes Mr. T laugh, but mostly it makes him want to watch the movie alone. I just can't help myself.

Nope, but hubby is just like you! He always has comments or wants to tell me what the ending will be or what will happen next. I just wanna watch the movie!!

My DH hates when I say "oh come on that is so unrealistic, that would/could never happen in real life" and he's like we are watching a movie....

My ex husband loved to tell me when he got everything all figured out and who the killer is. It drove me nuts!

I'm not a good movie watcher, but only cause I don't sit and watch movies well. I get too distracted and start doing other things besides watching, and my DH apparently thinks it's the wrong way to watch a movie.

No, I'm not.

But DH is! He always ruins the ending by predicting it well in advance. And he is a MEGA pause/rewinder. He will constantly pause it to discuss something, or rewind things to watch parts over and over again.

The worst is at the very end. The climax is just about to happen and PAUSE. Or, the sweeping/emotional/intense ending happens. And instead of being able to just sit and experience that, he has to rewind the damn movie and re-watch the ending 3-4x.

Ugh I hate watching movies with him. Rawr!!!!

I can be. If it's just us, I tend to want to make snarky comments, correct mistakes, and predict the ending.
Usually I just do it in my head though.

@Mr. Bee; You're totally right. My self control COULD use a little exercise these days... it can be so hard when you have comments that are just dying to be spoken aloud. But it is nice sometimes to preserve the other person's experience.

The only reason I'm annoying is because I give death glares if anyone so much as coughs during a movie. I need pure silence. You better not talk because the movie is on. I don't even care if it's a movie I've seen 100 times. I'm more slack when it's just DH and I, but if you haven't seen a movie, and I put it on for you, you better be quiet. lol

My husband's the same, which is why I really don't enjoy watching movies at home with him. At the theaters, he doesn't talk as much.

My dad is just like that! He loves to make predictions, he is normally right. He also likes to point out everything that "would never happen." Stunts, explosions, etc...

I think I can be annoying while watching movies that others have watched before. I hate suspense in movies. I NEED TO KNOW!! So I ask over and over until someone gives in and tells me what happens.

Yes I get bored and then surf the net on my laptop! Obviously this is at home.... We never go out to the movies anymore.
