i was heavily conscious of it during pregnancy and first half of the year after ds was born due to working out/breastfeeding.
ive been bad the past couple of months tho! i'm trying to remotivate myself to keep track of hydration etc... i'm so close to the 1 year mark of bfing... and overall feel better when i drink water!
I just don't really like it and if I'm not super thirsty it doesn't occur to me. I really need to get better though!
I did buy myself a new Camelbak a few days ago in hopes that it would help me drink more water
