I can be very decisive about certain things but it takes me weeks to make up my mind on stupid stuff...like a new lunch box for LO.

I make my mind up fairly easily, and don't usually change my mind once I've made a decision.

Both.. I make sure I am always confident in my decisions before committing to something. I'm just as serious over curtains as I am over career choices!

I'm pretty decisive. DH wanes back and forth around things but I can make a choice pretty quickly.

YES, and it kills me when people are not. I feel super bossy all the time, because I don't have time for indecisive nonsense. Like, when people at work decide we want to go out for lunch and NO ONE will just step up and make a choice - it is *always* me in every single group because I just don't have the time for 10 minutes of waiting around for everyone to figure it out. Same thing with the ILs and my friends.
And that pretty much goes for every decision. DH and I recently built some new retaining walls, he was standing there trying to pick the freaking stones for over an hour. He ended up agreeing with what I chose within the first 5 minutes. Waste of time!!
But, this also gets me into trouble because I make very quick, often rash, decisions

UGH. depends.
I just got back from picking out all the plumbing for our house and now I'm second guessing myself. Only picked out about 90% of what I needed to choose too.

Mostly indecisive. At some point my indecisiveness will make me nuts and I'll just decide or forget about all of my research. (My horrible memory is to blame.)

I would say I am indecisive - or at least it takes me a long time to reach a decision I feel confident in - mostly as a result of my need to over-research and overthink everything.
I am freaking out a little bit about choosing a name for our baby who will be here in 19 days! We are team green which doesn't help the situation but we have a short list for both boy and girl names. However, I still feel like there are options out there I haven't explored...

Yes, both my husband and I are very decisive and I love it! It does annoy me when people are not.

Both......DH is not at all. He has to think everything over.

Depends on the situation, I'm usually very decisive and then have buyers remorse

Yup mostly. I need to feel confident in a decision.
Both DH and I often agree on the first choice we look closer at. Like daycare for LO: Looked at only one and felt confident in it and thus quit searching for others.
@swurlygurl: I so understand where you're coming from there. Why do people have the time to fret over unimportant things like this...
