I'm mostly dreading the weekend but I can't wait until our new refrigerator, washer & dryer are delivered on Saturday! Oh, I also have a baby sitter on Saturday!

Yes! The Houston meet up is this weekend. And I'll be glad to spend some time with my DH. He has been working late for the past two weeks and he worked last weekend.

Yes, because my DH and I have a double date night on Saturday night with some close friends of ours! Can't wait!

Yes. My husband's boss wanted to say 'thank you' to me for letting Gordon work in one of their other shops for the past two weeks. He told Gordon to take me out somewhere expensive and fancy and give him the bill! So we get to go wine (well, Gordon does) and dine and have a good time courtesy of the company!

I have to go to a baby shower where I dont know anyone but my mil and I can't bring lo for distractions.... Could be a nice baby free break or could be very awkward.

Yup! On Saturday we are having a Bay Area meet up, and then my IL's are coming over for dinner. On Sunday we have church, with some long gone friends coming back after living in another part of the country, and then potentially seeing another good friend of ours.

Not looking forward to the packing on Saturday. But I get to go pick up our crib skirt that we special ordered. Then Sunday is my family shower, so I am really excited about that.

Not really. We don't have any "fun" plans as of now, just errand type stuff.

Nah, DH is working so I'm alone with LO for the weekend.... which means I have no excuse not to catch up on housework

@tororojo: @NaturallyCathy: I wish.... alcohol gives me migraines I love my MIL at least. I just don't love socializing with strangers.

I'm excited for every weekend. DH works weekends so it's just me and DS. We have indoor dance parties and do laps around the mall, get soup and bagels at Au Bon Pain. I miss him all week long while I work so I really love having him to myself on the weekend.

Yes!! Last weekend my in laws were here so we didn't get to really have relaxing time with just mama, daddy and baby so we are looking forward to doing that. We are also going on an adventure to whole foods and trader joes to stock up on foods that I can eat now that I've cut out a bunch of food because of LO's intolerances.

@banana: We really need to do a date night with some friends (and no lo's).
We got into a fight last night (little stuff that just kinda esacalted). I think I owe him an apology because I was probably over reacting but he was still being a jerk to set it off.

Yes! DH and I are pretty much completely booked up on every weekend until baby arrives....except for this one. So I told him we're not making any plans and we're just going to hang out with one another and enjoy the company

@artbee: ugh. I feel you. It's not this weekend, but I have a baby shower coming up in early february and I only know the pregnant girl. I will have zero people to cling to. wah.
This weekend should be pretty fun! DH and I are going to be crock potting all weekend to make freezable personal sized meals and we're also going to make home made granola bars! NOM!

No weekend plans, but I'm still excited! DH has to work Saturday morning (booo!) but then we may go shopping or see a movie. Sunday DH is making dinner and we're having my parents over!

@.twist.: In the past I would have just made an excuse and said I couldn't go.... but I'm trying to be a good friend. I want to treat others like I want to be treated.... and I'd want her to come to mine. Hopefully there will be good food

@Thehistoryofus: That was us last weekend......
This weekend i have a happy hour for a coworkers last day tonight. Saturday I have to work but we have tickets to see Hot Water Music play in the city and Sunday night we're going out to dinner down town to celebrate SILs birthday and its restaurant week.... And i'll be POAS on Sunday at 11DPO

Yes! We are doing the Color Run this weekend (and supposed to rain, boo!). I'm debating POAS too this weekend... I'm obsessing about trying not to obsess.
