I'm about the same as you. I am very sarcastic and also have a very dry sense of humor. I've been accused of having a "British" sense of humor. lol. I find that some people just don't understand it, which is fine.

Like you, I am more sarcastic and tend to harass people I like and am close to more. Generally, I just don't say much at all if I don't like someone.

Extremely. I, too, get pretty harsh with those closest to me, and only with the ones who would "get" the humor in it. Most of the time my SO gets the joke, but sometimes I have to stop and explain WHY what I said was supposed to be funny, and that completely kills it. Not sure if that means that I'm just not as funny as I think I am, or if my sarcasm was just that deadpan. I prefer to think it's the latter, because he's usually the only one I have to end up explaining the humor to.

Very much so, but so is DH and both of our extended families, so it's the natural language of affection for both of us.

@zippylef: I am pretty sarcastic, and funnily, I find that it totally throws British people. I think they are surprised to hear an American with a "British sense of humour" and aren't sure if I'm kidding or not. I never had that problem as much in the States even though my sense of humour hasn't changed.
I don't think being sarcastic or dry is the same as being mean and try to avoid it. Though I will say it's a mark of respect if I use my sarcasm on someone because it means I think they can take it.

I'm sarcastic and so is my husband. I do agree with everyone, I am only sarcastic towards people I care about.
